Actually, from the social-cultural standpoint, the stigma is widely spread in people who are having mental health whereby it is usually associated with a wide range of negative consequence amongst the people who are stigmatized as also in unemployment (Hinshaw, 2009). Social adjustment, underutilization, psychological services, housing problems and delay in being attended in the hospital as well as the premature close of the treatment. It is evident that given the level of negative consequence the effect of the different reduction of the stigma had been examined in the past, and therefore the mental health stigmatization has been categorized into various groups that is contract-based education, protest, and education. Additionally, there is promising evidence when it comes to the contract-based education. Furthermore, there is some limitation that is subjected to education-based intervention, though there is empirical evidence that demonstrates the long-term effect when it comes to education intervention whereby also there is some contact that is lacking (Brown-Chidsey et al, 2011).

The lower levels of the psychological flexibility have significantly been reduced as the ACT group says it. In the finding, it is signifying that psychological flexibility might be an essential process which could be involving an operation in the development as well as in the maintenance of the stigmatization, and following the cross-section study that demonstrates that there is indeed an inverse association between the psychological flexibility and the mental health stigma. However, when it comes to the literature, it suggests that the connection between the mental health stigma and the psychological flexibility no study has examined if the change in the mental health and psychological flexibility could be related in the context of minimizing the stigma intervention. Focusing on psychological flexibility the aim of this research study was to explore how mental health can influence people's levels of psychological flexibility.

Anxiety, the locus of control and satisfaction with life will be investigated as possible predictors of psychological flexibility. So that an understanding, as well as the empathy, can be reached, the members were asked to indicate the parallel reaction in an individual with a psychological disorder so that the comparison to their battles and the cost of the stigmatization. In the light of the above, the members learned that the mental process through which the detachment and the acceptance can be demonstrated toward them as well as other people. The repeated measures were done to analyze the outcome of the process. The change of the mental health people compared to that of psychological flexibility were calculated so that it can be used in the process analysis.
