Work Place Respect Student Name Institution Work Place Respect When the staff perceived lack of respect there resulted a few issues in the organization. First of all the relationship between the staff members got strained. The fellows could not freely interact with each other. One side felt looked down upon while the other felt superior. With this communication became difficult too; disrespect delayed communication or barred it completely. Staff members received information late which made operations difficult. Finally there were consistent disputes between the staff members. This made management more expensive as they had to settle disputes every other time. More respectful relationships were established through teamwork. With this each staff member was able to realize the importance of other people. In a way no job would be complete charter in my current organization one expectation I would have for them is establishing an organizational culture. When a culture is established in any institution every act is guided and there remains a sustainable way of dealing with the misconduct expressed by any member of that society. In my career I would apply the suggestions to improve the team by pushing for teamwork in every organization I join. In this way my professional training will be boosted by the suggestions and contributions of others.
