Teaching plan self evaluation
It is hence an imperative for me to ensure to design my teaching to respond to the changing roles of the adult learners. One of the approaches of responding to the dynamic needs for adult teaching is through interacting with the learners to better understand their roles, the changes that occur or are scheduled within their roles as well as the implications of such changes (Speed, Bradley & Garland, 2015). This essentially helps to develop a teaching strategy that appeals to the roles of the learners or their presumed future roles in practice. I plan to continually acquire new teaching and instruction strategies through further education and to keep up with the changes in content, systems and information relaying techniques. Malcom Knowles theory highlights that adult learning as a problem centred learning.
