The media has always been the primary source of providing information and misinformation that concerns nutritional factors. Considering the today's consumers most of them spend their budget concerning their meals that does not require more time of preparation or none at all. Regularly they eat out of their homes order meals that are ready-to-eat and have these kinds of food a high content of fat added sugars or sodium hence obesity growth.
