Perhaps they should change their strategies by changing their center of attention. For instance, most international bodies have been focusing more on getting hold of the offenders and punishing them. They can change this strategy and create one that allows them to educate then monitor the already citizens differently. Pollution has always had negative impacts on the health of human beings. Air pollution is associated with poor human health. Some developed countries are aware of the situation and are working towards reducing and ending cases of deaths linked to air pollution. Research states that the deaths of elderly people increase in days when there are high levels of air pollution (Clark n. p). This means that regulating the levels of air pollution can help reduce the mortality rates.

The increase in these deaths has led to the creation of strict laws. p). This can be proven by comparing the academic performance of children in first world and third world countries. Those from poor backgrounds are good performers since they were not exposed to any polluted environment. Air pollution also leads to development of respiratory problems to children at an early age. Children born and raised in urban arears are prone to respiratory infections (Wang n. Humans are the main contributors in the emission of theses greenhouse gasses (Pautz n. p). These gasses block the ozone layer and prevent it from performing its functions. This result to rise in seal levels, increased temperature and precipitation rates. When the earth starts experiencing high temperature, the north and South Pole melts.
