The effects of gender roles on the work life of women

I need a 7 page paper with a seperate MLA formatted works cited and a seperate MLA format bibliography page. The essay needs to be about the effects of gender roles on the work life of the woman following the below summary and outline: (Please incorporate as much of this thought and text as possible) Whether noticed or not, women are constantly groomed from a young age as to how to look, how to act, what is appropriate for them to do and what level of importance to place on looks, goals, and aspirations. It would be difficult for a woman to be self-aware enough to see the stigmas and choose to look beyond them, but then they are faced with another hurdle, men who are raised in the same environment with the same messages about women who are perhaps not as aware of overlooking those stigmas. A woman’s life becomes overcoming one hurdle after another of both her expectations and limitation of herself, but also the expectations and limitation placed upon her by others. The role that gender plays in the professional life of women have a varied and large impact, and begin with assumptions made on the part of both men and women at a young age. • Introduction • Advertising and Medias Role in early expectation setting • How the differing use of language effects success in certain environments • The role of gender roles expectations in the workplace • The gender role double-standard • Conclusion Must use quotes, summary, and/or paraphrasing from each of the following sources to synthesis the case being made. a. How Male and Female Students Use Language Differently. Debroah Tannen b. “Two ways a Woman Can Get Hurt”: Advertising and Violence. Jean Kilbourne c. https://www.theguardian.com/society/2016/may/10/foul-reign-of-the-biological-clock d. https://www.ted.com/talks/sheryl_sandberg_why_we_have_too_few_women_leaders e. The Compassionate Sexist? How Benevolent Sexism Promotes and Undermines Gender Equality in the Workplace. Ivona Hideg. D. Lance Ferris. f. Getting started with an essay on fear
A fear is something that always prevents us from doing different things that we want to do, that makes us feel bad and that takes our confidence away, even though there is not often any logical reason to have fear of something. Some people say that a fear is when you are afraid of losing something and thus, you lose a chance to get something. There is no any situation in the history of humanity that could teach us that fear is good and useful. That is why fighting with fair is an important and very useful skill for everyone who wants to achieve something in life. Students are asked to complete a writing assignment such as an essay covering the phenomenon of fear because it can help them understand better the nature of fear and, eventually, how to deal with it, how to overcome it in the most difficult situations.
