A special school, in this case, is schools which tend to cater for the students who need special education, this can be attributed to the concern whereby the children have severe learning difficulties, the child has a special disability or even the child has behavioral problems. According to the philosophy of special schools, there are a number of activities which need to be followed so as to give the children a proper course and also make them feel free when in getting their education. Through this, these schools are well designed and specially situated in locations in which they can be well and accurately accessed by children with special needs. Through a philosophy of special education, there are a number of activities to be done to make it fully effective.

The school administration will have to carry out activities which help and facilitate the achievement of the children. The philosophy also includes a nature through which there is inclusive schools and the community setting at large tend to support the learning nature of special needs children. The council makes sure all children. Young adults and even youth with disabilities are able or entitled to an appropriate and free education which will help them in the future life. This helps in helping the children to have characters and relations which are satisfying goals with the others in the society. In order for the council to achieve all these, there must be an intervention for these children during the early age, these include in the nature of education and even vocational programs experience and even options to be able to choose the best activity one is able and easy to work on.
