In fact the United States has many innovative minds which are seriously fighting recession and creating jobs on a daily basis hence the resourcing could not be a threat to the United States jobs. The Indian workers are even contributing to more innovations in the United States because when they come they will generate the need for the United States to create more jobs hence increasing innovations. Question three If for instance am told by the company that my job is being outsourced at first it would seem frustrating but at the end of the day I will be unemployed and the reality will hit me, I will instead be innovative to identify a business opportunity whereby I can create an opportunity for myself as well as creating more opportunities for others.
