The main aim of incorporating BPM in an organization’s operation management is to improve the company performance through management of the various business processes. All these are because of the technological advancements in terms of innovating new corporate models of conducting business both locally and internationally (Jeston, 2014). The conception of business models depends on various aspects which are the main drivers of effective implementation like efficiency and applicability with respect to the size of the organization and the nature of the business. A study of a sub-population of various organizations in Saudi Arabia from the variety of business processes. Business models, policies, and procedures pertaining to business processes should be documented. Business illustrations including charts and models should be well used to gain an understanding of the particular value chain.

Well defined business process models greatly enhance an organization’s performance, unlike an organization which has a shallow defined process (Myers, 2013). It is important for organizations to incorporate performance measurement indicators as part of monitoring the BPM. This helps organizations and management to make assessments regarding their level of performance of the value chain processes. Performance includes aspects of service quality, the value that the value chain generates, and the level of compliance with the entire process pertaining to business and state regulations. Although incorporating a software into an organization’s system may prove to be costly and hard to adopt, it is necessary to adopt cost-effective and quality software model to achieve greater performances (Iansiti, & Lakhani, 2014). As an organization, being definite through documentation of skills required is key.

Different activities require specific skills and also different competency stages which are important for execution. The work training needs have to be tailored to laying emphasis on the worker’s responsibilities and achieved levels. It is important for organizations to document various staff training programmes and sessions (Myers, 2013). BPM model comes along with frequent process data analysis. Periodic audit of performances helps organizations make well-informed decisions which enhance higher organizational performance (Becker, Kugeler, & Rosemann, 2013). There should be continuous activities aimed at improving the organization’s performance and business processes. These improvement activities can be scheduled periodically in order to access the performance and the adaptability of the model to the business structure and value gain. Studying the market trends and structure, setting attainable targets and motivating the staff is essential in ensuring that higher performances are achieved (Slack, Brandon-Jones, & Johnston, 2013).

Employees should be included in decision making when setting targets as they are a key aspect when it comes to achieving the targets. Organizations should come up with measures to make a follow up on the set targets to ensure performance. Proper follow up enables the organization to identify strengths and weaknesses and come up with counter models to ensure better performance of the entire organization (Jeston, 2014). Apart from individual target meeting, managers should allow teamwork of their employees at the various departments of the organizations.
