Hello, I need help with writing my kinesiology lab analysis paper, which is about 4 of the lower extrimities exercises. The 4 exercises I'd like to write about are back hop, front hop, side lunge, and backward lunge with trunk rotation. For each exercise, or movement analyze: 1- the discrete phases 2- the segmental movements occurring in each phase 3- The major muscular contributors to each joint movement 4- What are the demands placed on the body by this exercise or activity? 5- list the sports, activities, or applications that you would use this exercise or movement as training tool. How would you apply this movement in your training program. 6- Describe the concepts and principles that would apply to this movement( file attached ) The paper has to be 3-4 pages long, don't forget to find at least two peer-reviewed articles and use them as a reference. also you can download the book as PDF I used for this class from this link and use it as reference as well. GO to chapter 6 and you will find what you need. The link is kt.ijs.si It might take awhile till it downloads so be patient!
