Name Course Tutor Date The United States Taxation Introduction The recent past has seen widespread support for a tax reform in the United States of America. The current tax system is stifling the opportunities for many American Families. American families believe that a tax reform will raise their incomes to a very great extent as well as increasing the opportunities for them and their children as well. America’s tax code imposes very high tax rates. These rates hurt the American families. First it discourages saving. The tax system makes spending today much more attractive than spending in the short run. By doing so it reduces saving. Consequently families will be less secure in the coming future because of the fewer saving. Why there is need for a tax reform in U.S. There another aspect why there is the need for reform is that the United States tax system is on the excel file shows the trend in the percentage change of the Gross Domestic product across the years from the time of corporate tax reduction implementation. Order Description:

Write a 6-8 page persuasive essay about either reducing or increasing the standard deduction tax rate in the U.S. The essay will look at the tax system from both a budgetary and distributional perspective. You will begin the essay by framing the analysis, meaning setting up the need to reform the tax system, and the pros and cons of various approaches. You will then talk about the economic and distributional impact of the proposed reform, calculating how the proposed reforms would affect different income and (possibly) demographic groups. The essay should include 3-4 embedded charts or tables, showing the budgetary and distributional effects of the reform. These tables/graphs should not be copied and pasted but created in a separate excel file. You should use clear section headings, beginning with opening the paper with a nice introduction section that lays out your question and highlights the key findings. Two or three subsequent sections that divide the text appropriately will also help the paper flow much better, and a conclusion section. You can use this website www.irs.gov for some data.
