Low performance of employees in the current corporate world has been directly linked with job-related stress. Many companies have completely failed to come up with effective and employees’ wellness programs to help them cope with workplace stress (Jyothi & Venkatesh, 2013). Instead of ensuring their employees are safe from stress, companies intentionally or unintentionally stress their employees more. Employees are assigned a lot of work which hardly match their capabilities, skills or experience. When this happens, employees get themselves stressed up while trying to meet the demand. Task Two George Faces Challenges Part one Human resource management is often faced with problems in every company. Employees' behaviors can often change and in some instances, their behavior may affect the whole performance of the company.

However, with sound human resource policies and procedures, this can be mitigated. In the Stevenson company, the problem would not have occurred if there would be well written and documented policies that would be guiding workers on the ways to ask for leaves. Employees’ code of conduct would have also helped in restricting employees’ behavior. Part Two Both the company and Jack has indirectly contributed to the existing problem with Bob because they failed to solve to the problem when it was starting to emerge. It would be better to help Bob get a solution to his problems when they were at their initial stage. Jack has a leader has also failed to exercise his leadership responsibilities. Instead of just watching in silence Bob’s life becoming worse professionally, he should come in and talk to him with an aim of providing solutions to his problems.
