From September 2012 to September 2014, I was teaching at Altarbeya private school. Since then, I have been teaching in Ethra School from August 2015 up to date. I worked as an assistant manager in the office of education from February 2012 to May 2012. As an assistant manager, I took roles in creating databases using the Microsoft Office access and other administrative works like working in the information technology unit. I also worked as a researcher at Jubail University College from 2008 to 2010 and all these involvements have been important in increasing my computer skills. The feedback from the appraisal can make me understand my progress and where I am lacking. Setting Goals My first goal as an administrator is to provide the best administration skills to all the company members.

To make sure I achieve this goal, I need to incorporate all the skills that I learned while in the college. Also, I must implement the developmental programs in the organization. To do this, I need several resources like directing staffs who can help me direct the organization's members. This will enable me to perform every task promptly. The fourth goal is to build confidence in the organization as a leader. I can achieve this by undertaking the organizational training to be equipped with the daily trends in the organizations. My skills can be ascertained by the group members by filling the appraisal forms. I need to achieve more business skills by undertaking training on the skills the organization requires. I will work towards making them future leaders.
