In most cases, there is a wide range of negative perceptions that are aligned with pregnancy and what this article seeks to do it alienate these aspects of negativity and present a different perspective on how the groups learning can change the perception. It seeks to educate the women on how they can improve their livelihood by staying positive and as such, establishes a form of approach that is quantitative by analyzing the cohort studies that are indicated in this case. Therefore, in that case, the article can be viewed to effectively align with the aspects that it seeks to evaluate and assess. The article applies in a number of scenarios such as the various communities that hold groups for pregnant women with the aim of encouraging them.
