According to Bob, he has been previously psychiatric treatment for sometimes, but he was not cooperative to provide his diagnosis for the previous treatment. Still, he would not complete a release of information to consent examination of his medical history. Lastly, Bob was screaming in a further effort to pursue him to give his earlier therapeutic record and claimed that the psychiatrist is police or working with the police. Provisional Diagnosis My diagnosis is the Bob is suffering from a condition known as schizophrenia. Schizophrenia is a disorder characterized by false thought or perceptions that are seeming to be out of touch with the external reality in spite of substantial proof to suggest otherwise A person with schizophrenia may have behavioral symptoms.

Since Bob's symptoms seem like those of schizophrenia provided in the American Psychiatric Association’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition ICD-10 classification of mental and behavioral disorders manual can also be used as a diagnostic guide for individuals with mental health problems. The manual has been published by the World Health Organization and is available online for free.
