Through this, nurses need to practice on communication skills which will ease their work with other healthcare professions. Poor communication skills often lead to severe problems in the healthcare facilities (Neese 2015). A nurse with a better communication mind set has always had a swift working relationship with the patients. First, most patients and their families encounter anger after staying in the hospitals for hours unattended. This is a point where effective communication is crucial. This helps them communicate effectively in the workplace and work together consistently. Team building has been studied to offer motivation and team spirit to the healthcare professionals. This motivates the nurses to want to work harder and create a satisfactory environment for the patients (Bartholomew 2015). Also, team building offers more benefits.

In accordance to Bartholomew (2015), team building has been previously used for the workers to be able to work together towards certain goals. This can lead the health care centers to create strategies to create positivity in the workplace (Bartholomew 2015). Various sports which are included in the team building activities often lead the nurses to better health. I accordance to Bartholomew (2015), it has been considered that better performances has been associated with good health among the nurses. Nurses who were not physically fit were seen to perform poorer in the workplaces due to the higher rate of fatigue. Here, every nurse gets to know the importance of his role in the healthcare facility. Firstly, due to poor communication, a health care might experience errors when giving out medications.
