Impact of unions on compensation Introduction Compensation is as result of one of the business’s economic resources which include land labor and capital. It is out of the business’s capital where compensation draws and capital also cannot depend on its own (Vitez). Compensation has been a very important element which most of the unions have pushed for in order to protect the interest employee through ensuring that each among them receives a reasonable remuneration for a reasonable work done. It is not debatable that most of the employees who are under the unions have better remunerations as well as other work related benefits than those workers who are outside the shade of the unions.
