Over the decades, there have been little bodies that have devoted research on this topic. Most of the works of literature have a broad view of the subject matter hence have failed to provide comprehensive and structures methods of the research. The Research question is as the following: Scope The research proposal will ensure that role of human resource is distinct and shown in the clear view. This will assist employers, organizations in retaining high performing employees. The research will also be beneficial since it will help in reducing exodus quitting of performing employees which is likely to be hazardous in the long run. According to Korzynski (2013, p.  185), employees motivation can be provided through incentives, rewards and experimental goal setting to ensure that have a room for motivation.

Recruiting and interviewing employees to determine traits During recruitment, it is the responsibility of the human resource body to identify attributes and qualities they require in an employee. According to Lopez (2017), the culture of a firm predicts how an employee will perform their duties efficiently. These will also inevitably influence the manner in which the organizations do recruitment and the types of questions asked during interviews. According to Gutierrez (2016), 7 out of 10 employees responded that their decision to continue staying with an organization influenced directly by job training and available development opportunities. Training of employees will make them feel they are not overburdened hence they are not likely to seek change (Brenda L. Mak & Sockel, 2001). The reviews have almost everything in common but are missing detailed, comprehensive analysis and procedures on the role of human resource management in employees' retention.
