Such books and novels are often created to pass some delicate messages and well-developed themes that portray the general outlook of the society, to sensitize the society or even to pass some high-grade data that will be the concern of the society. The novel Americanah by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie depicts some high-end themes that affect the overall outlook of the society and the many developments that happen to the people. Toni Morrison shows the same idea on her novel Sula. This study aims to develop how Black women Narratives by Chimamanda Ngozi and Toni Morrison recreates the themes of slavery and racism in society. Chimamanda Ngozi in her book has fully portrayed how the issue of racial discrimination is widespread in society.

The author has developed how Africans were used and dubbed by their master and ended up getting nothing in return. It depicts the high-end betrayal that the slaves were subjected to in Ohio, United States, and the implications that the same had on their lives. The story quotes “Because each had discovered years before that they were neither white nor male, and that all freedom and triumph was forbidden to them,”, (Morrison 55). Generally, both Chimamanda Ngozi and Toni Morrison used their great work of art to examine and portray the many social issues that the people in the society were facing. Chimamanda developed how the issue of racial discrimination continued to affect the development and the growth of the people’s rights overseas and how the same affects the Africans who try to seek a life outside their countries in the West.
