FORMING There is currently a poor state of employee relationships within the organization hence the very first stage of teamwork development is to bring the employees together into groups no matter the background and introduce them to each other, this is because the current state of motivation cannot be successful as employees did not even know and understand each other (Lazaroiu 2015). In our case the eight employees can first be united and introduced together then divided into two groups of four each, this will motivate the employees to come together as one and do the work as a team. This is actually the beginning of the teamwork formation whereby the issue of lateness would have been addressed at this stage; the low employee morale will automatically be revived here.

STORMING The leadership of the team is indeed very poor because the leader is in not in control of the group due to disunity which forces the leader to address issues individually making a lot of contradictions. The leadership personnel should learn to pass a message to the group in a general manner and not necessarily engaging individuals in the decision-making process (Safiullah 2015). Examples of good team activities include team building where the employee can isolate themselves off the daily activities and have a good time with each other where they can have fun and appreciate the role of each other in the adjourning process (Morgan et al 2014). Skills will easily be realized at this stage because the team building professional will have to expose the team to new ways of dealing with stress and heavy workload as well as good interactions among themselves.
