This paper will seek to explore the purpose as well as the time management concept as far as this course is concerned. To ensure that I have acquired what it takes in the said profession, I have come to realise that I need to articulate my purpose as far teaching profession as a director in the centre of child care is concerned. Moreover, it has come to my senses that for effective teaching does involve getting the relevant knowledge right about the children under consideration as well as the knowledge develop the course design as well as classroom teaching. Such teaching skills will ensure that the children perceive the world more transparently and not hindered by their cultural as well as generational backgrounds (Whitebook, 1989).
