This will differentiate the organization from others. In this case, the main company being studied is Almarai Company, food, and beverages processing company. The key product produced is the dairy end-products. It is based in Saudi Arabia in the Middle East. Almarai being among the top companies in the Middle Eastern region, it has faced challenges in the past and a few on the current platform. Hence these will affect the quality of business as the expected products may not reach all the customers in the appropriate conditions. Management challenges Lastly, Almarai Company just like many other organizations have got administration issues. This is a problem at any level of management must possess certain qualities allowing it to achieve quality sales and profits.

Few of the departments may need re-adjustment to enable the organization to run effortlessly. Management also may be ignorant of conducting after-sale services for customers which is a red flag towards failure (Stevenson, 2018). Declining profits possibly will lead to a limited number of investments done and hence limiting performance. Concerning the same, there has been an increase in production cost thus it is hard for Almarai to keep up with the daily transaction when more capital is needed to fund itself. Lastly, a past consequence for poor quality is the loss of customers due to inadequate satisfaction (Claudine, 2016). Previously, during the development and establishment of Almarai, there were not enough buyers and suppliers for the company. This made it had to adopt growth yet no company income was earned.

This creates the aspect of diversity as is the generation of ideas and working together no matter the race, ethnicity, age or gender. Through training and career development, diversity of people and ideas has been achieved thus more productivity has been achieved. Benchmarking To sum up, based on the improvements, the organization has conducted benchmarking in other organizations in the same industry of food processing. Through benchmarks, a company can analyze its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (Stevenson,2018). An example of the same is the sales and marketing strategies. Almarai can maintain better and durable cost management(Riyadh, 2018) whereby there is budgetary control in the organization. Budgeting is fundamental in any firm as it is a guideline of allocating resources and funds towards production.
