To be considered, you must: Be an admitted student Be from an underrepresented background including but not limited to: race, ethnic group, nationality, and sexual orientation. Submit a 1-2 page essay describing how diversity has had an impact on their life and/or how they have overcome an obstacle related to diversity. To ensure fairness to all applicants, please do not include any information in your essay related to a sport, talent, or academic major.
