Having the knowledge of your abilities makes you feel constantly satisfied throughout your life. Self-esteem brings pride along and inspires a sense of capability and confidence. To meet deadlines and work in an organized manner, planning is necessary. Open communication was also a contributing factor to the project’s success. Every member of the team was constantly informed to ensure that we were all working on the same page. The knowledge of the history of major projects in the company also enabled us to work without making mistakes that were previously made. The last phase of the project was to close the project to ensure that resources are not being used when the project is already completed.
