Further, the organizations are known to employ a specific process to influence their employee’s values, therefore reflecting the utmost desired working culture in an organization. Development of the value of an organization, influence the organization's culture thus promoting job satisfaction as well as performance. The individual ethics include the ultimate goals that an individual strive to archive or attain. The organizations use the leadership development programs, to enable the organizations to facilitate motivation of their employees. In doing so, the organizations can align the value that they select. Furthermore, openness as the second ethical value in the discussion, it can be defined as the frankness or lack of secrets. Such a moral principle can only be promulgated at the individual level.
