The location of the company was Edmonton of the Sterling Crane, this simply means that the company was strategically placed hence it had more customers which led to more personal responsibilities and duties. In order for a company or an organization to succeed in its mission and vision, it is forced to choose employees that are more talented and highly competent. Considering that am an intern, is poised as a challenge to adapt to the new system. Additionally, the Corporate Controller had taken a week vacation, therefore, I did not have any senior employee that I can seek clarification or guidance hence this posed as an organizational challenge because I could delay customer services because of inexperience. Organizational challenge maintaining the company's reputation was also experienced.

The organizational also expects me to respect the work-related policies and abide by them as governed by my contract. Apart from these skills and abilities required by the company were also supposed to ensure that I possess good communication skills which are important in service delivery and observing the organizational protocol. Impact of Christian Faith in Workplace Christianity plays an essential role in most organizations, this is because most Christians are undertaking new projects that most of the people are not considering. Despite my supervisor being a staunch Christian, we still maintained a secular working environment and sometimes we are forced to apply Christianity while undertaking our duties and responsibilities at the organization. Christianity promotes the high value of convictions and most Christians are supposed to have a clear sense of mission both in life and while conducting their personal businesses.

Understanding the company's objective was my main aim and it did help me because it not only boosted my performance but it also promoted my social interaction with other employees and the senior management of the organization. Additionally, I had also aimed to achieve the learning of internal and external financial reporting procedure but unfortunately, I did not achieve both because my internship period had ended but despite that, I had gained knowledge about the external financial reporting. Additionally, in terms of achieving the objective of preparing a bank reconciliation statement I had been introduced to it and understood although I had not fully covered this company objective. In terms of using various computer software such as spreadsheets and other arithmetic cell address both absolute and relative I had fully achieved them while during my internship program.

Personal Sustainability to the type of work During my internship period, the office environment was the most preferred environment to work on. Due to the high level of professionalism, he expected trust from me with the personal responsibilities that I was subjected to. The Corporate Controller expected me to perform my duties and responsibilities independently as they were assigned to me, this was important because it showed the trust that he had on me and also he wanted to train me how to handle my responsibilities alone as per specified deadlines. This acted as a source of motivation and it raised my self-esteem as an intern to having being entrusted with such a big company's responsibilities hence it promoted my career growth.
