The CEO can guarantee the public and stakeholders that action will be taken upon the people involved in the incident. The CEO being the overall leader of the company is responsible for speaking the company’s decisions to the public to prove that the company is committed. In the incident, the customer was harassed and probably hurt while being evicted by the security personnel. The lawyer of the organization can act as the spokesperson because it was an illegal act and to avoid lawsuits the lawyer can negotiate on behalf of the company. This negotiation can be as an apology and compensation to the customer depending on the damages done. The airport security manager’s speech should guarantee that the company will come up with policies that will protect the public from mistreatment by the airport employees.
