The reason for the reduced teenage pregnancies is said to be the introduction of birth control methods together with a very ongoing serious complain to reduce sex activities. It is recommended that teenage pregnancies should be severely curbed following the fact that adolescent mothers drop out of school making the life of their children difficulty. Teenage pregnancies put the teenage mother in a severe strain thus should be discouraged. Numerous problems face adolescent mothers. This situation forces the mother to the expected teenagers to come in and cater for food and medication (McElroy, 26). Sexually transmitted diseases, bleeding, high blood pressure, and anaemia are other problem caused by early pregnancies. Some teenagers may go through several discourages which put their lives at higher risk.
