I have always had a dream of advancing in my career, owning a marketing company and help firms increase their sales and grow. Many people do not understand the aspect of marketing since it comprises various elements like brand management, market research, and most importantly advertising. With the adoption of technology in the business world, there is a need for companies and businesses to incorporate marketing of their products. This ensures awareness of the product and increases sales of the company. Marketers play a big role in any firm to ensure that this is achieved. At the end of the training, the goal of the firm was one, to propel the firm’s sales to another level. The expectation of this learning process was to be diverse in the entire marketing field.

Individually, I had specialized in market research and now that the training was available, I was certain to master all the areas under marketing. This was because I wanted to have a personal brand of both skills and abilities of professionalism and leadership. The mentoring project included all employees and involved the executive members to adopt a new model by incorporating employees in the decision-making process. Motivation between team members improves work relations which enhance company objectives. Additionally, there is increased work efficiency because team members are assigned to specific tasks. With the different skills each team member has, tasks are completed and the final results are appealing based on the mix of the skills. It is certain that coordinating with other colleagues provides a chance for further learning through the sharing of information and ideas, getting further education, and more networking.
