Recommendation Report Guidelines A Recommendation Report might be written in a number of different kinds of situations. It even might involve variation in the layout and content. However, to simplify the process, we will be following a standard format that works for all of these kinds of reports. 7. Find an actual company where worker productivity and/or worker morale is low. Write a report proposing how management can better improve productivity and/or morale without negatively impacting the company’s budget. The format of your Recommendation Report should include the following sections: Cover Page (APA style), Abstract (a brief summary of the report), Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions, Recommendations, References Page (in APA Format). Page 1 Cover/Title Page APA format Page 2 Abstract A summary of your report; describe its purpose; methodology; findings; conclusions and recommendations. • No more than 250 words • Use past tense • No first or second person point of view. Page 3, 4, and 5 The body of the report. Introduction Do not label it as Introduction; use your full title from the title page. You need to discuss the reasons for writing the recommendation report; introduce the problem in this section; discuss the importance of the problem to a business entity; explain the rationale of your recommendation report; explain limitations of the study. Methods Describe in detail how you identified the problem (what instruments you used to collect your data – surveys, interviews, online research, etc.); discuss how you are going to implement the recommended change; what resources you will need. Results Provide detailed and specific details about the results of the implementation of your recommendations. Conclusions Restatement of questions/problems that led to the preparation of the report; summary of key points; linkage back to the purpose of the report. Recommendations Provide a detailed description of the recommendations and how they will improve/change/solve the problem. Page 6 References You must include research sources, with at least five (5) legitimate academic sources that are available outside of a specific company. In addition to this, you may use information that is available only within a company. All research sources must be properly cited via APA format. This will require both in-text (or “parenthetical”) citations AND a References page. If your research is not cited in APA format, you will not earn a passing grade on this assignment.

Gran torino 2008 film studies essay
Clint Eastwood. A star in the film industry. Blessed on the 31st of May in 1930, he commenced directing in 1971 and producing in 1982. Famous for his functions in the Dollars Trilogy, the Dirty Harry movies, Unforgiven and Mil Dollar Baby, his name is synonymous with masculinity. He has 7 children from 5 different women where only 2 of whom, each were at one point his better half. In December 2008, Gran Torino was released and written by Warner Brothers. The movie tells a story of Walt Kowalski (Clint Eastwood), a caucasian veteran of the Korean War. Walt is the spitting image of the common racist American war veteran who rests outside his home with a 12 gauge shotgun firmly directed at immigrants with a southern drawl. Clint Eastwood's portrayal of Walt holds true to this general image albeit as the storyplot progresses, his frame of mind towards his neighbours softens.
