Jain, Sharma and Subramanian brought up that congestion in the United States has increased considerably since the previous twenty-five years, which is the same as many countries that experiencing traffic congestion presently. From the authors' prospective, one of the major causes of traffic jam in the most metropolitan areas is 'poor road traffic management system'. Increasing of traffic congestion annually is creating increasing of air pollution, wasting of the time and output and causes diverse diseases such as, breathing diseases. Moreover, the price of solving or reducing traffic congestion is substantial. However, neglecting the traffic jam problem would increase the cultural problems among individuals.

Crime and violence in schools is intimidating the well-being of the teenagers in Malaysia. Despite national's work to revive a culture of learning and instructing, happenings of gangsterism, fraud, vandalism, burglary, rape and even murder are reported on school grounds. In a report on "Gangsterism among Supplementary Universities" by the Ministry of Education in collaboration with the Criminal offenses Prevention Groundwork of Malaysia reported that serious misconduct exhibited by secondary schools is mainly influenced by gangsters. Gangsterism activities present a threat to the education system and to all phases of the coaching and learning processes.
