Physical development Boys and girls both show changes in growth. Marks the start of puberty. Some of the physical changes experienced by girls include menstruation, development of breasts, increase in weight and height most between 11 and 12 years of age. For boys the voice becomes deeper and facial hair appears, increase in weight and height. Cognitive development This refers to development mentally. Cognitive development Adolescents concentrate more on the future and put less attention on the present. They become more orderly and intellectual in thinking of future possibilities. They focus less on themselves and increase perspective with other peers. They tend to question rules and this becomes the source of conflict between them and adults. They become moody and disagree with rules such as curfew set aside and duties at home.

Year Follow up Program Sixth graders are founded for lasting success. Academic follow ups are carried out in classrooms to equip them with study skills and the various sports to engage in. Social follow ups are organized in less formal places to strengthen the relationship between them and their eighth grade web leaders. Coordinator training enables the members of staff be chosen based on talents, boldness, passion in transforming the campus and level of knowledge.
