Essay on Martin Luther King
His leadership style impacted the race relationships in the United States. He took the legal segregation of the African Americans to end. He also pioneered the creation of the civil rights acts in 1964. Martin Luther King was awarded the Nobel peace prize in 1964. Though he was assassinated, Martin Luther King is remembered as one of the most influential African American leaders in history (Davies, Tom Adam. King was not ready to give up unless everyone was treated equally (Davies, Tom Adam. p47). He remained with his belief that everyone is entitled to equal rights despite the arrests and attacks that he had gone through. He was convincing and managed to get support several people in the United States of America. King maintained respect and honesty throughout his struggle.
