He is the one who conquered most of Europe in the early nineteenth century. Though he was very successful in his military operations, Napoleon died at a tender age of fifty-one years (Hagemann, 2015). He was the first emperor ever to be heard in France and also the most significant military leader to ever live. He is said to have revolutionalized and changed the organization of military regarding training, education for the military was reorganized and also brought about the concordant. However, although he was very successful in his wars, called the Napoleonic wars, he made mistakes that marked the beginning of his downfall. Through his unique qualities, he gains ranks within a short period in the military. Napoleon adopted a plan which was aimed at capturing a hill where republican guns used to dominate the city's harbor which enabled them to get a chance to evacuate British by force (Williams, 2015).

The assault from this position made the city be captured in which case Bonaparte wounded his thigh. He was thus promoted to be a general at the age of twenty-four which it was not and is not a common occurrence up to date. He managed to suppress a revolt from royalist insurgents against the government which enabled him to be given the command of the army of Italy. Indeed Napoleon was an effective leader. It's good to understand that nothing comes very easy. Despite the fact that Napoleon was a son of a nobleman in the island of Italy, he gained control in Europe and conquered most of the European countries. To become an effective leader, Napoleon was always learning. He used most of his free time studying the lives of former great leaders (Williams, 2015).

His sharp memory also made him brilliant. Napoleon, on the other hand, had good governance. He was a good dictator who made him change most of the laws in France. He fixed many of his nation's problems. Apart from this, he was good at convincing propaganda. He reinstated slavery in France's overseas colonies. In addition to that, most of the art including the artifacts found in France museum are those stolen by him from Europe. This nature makes him be compared to the former leader Adolf Hitler and therefore imitated by leaders who want to become notorious. He lost many statues owned by France. Napoleon had much pride and believed in his destiny; this made him engage in wars which were hard for him.
