The purpose of this research paper is to discuss how online presence agenda reflects the learner-centered principles, how development sessions reflect the set database, and how the plan reflects the forward learning standards for the professional learning. It will discuss how to incorporate Marzano's nine instructional strategies, similarities in a professional development database, creating a positive environment for professional development session, ensuring activity participation by all participants, evaluating professional development session, and lastly recommendation of follow-ups for new teachers. Teachers who have a hard time incorporating technology in the daily should try creating a blog or a website with either their colleagues or students.
Marzano's instructional strategies have been used by different researchers to incorporate the strategies in professional development. The criteria include, identifying any possible similarity and difference, formulating a summary when making notes, encouraging cooperative learning, setting objective for each learning practice, testing of various theories, encouraging hard work and recognizing each effort. It also incorporates provision of a homework exercises and practices through Nonlinguistic representations and advocating for questions, cues and development organizers. (Brown & Green, 2015). Similarities in professional development and how we incorporate them in different requirement. To ensure all students participate during any course, the teachers to should emphasize the following practices: one, the teachers to involve different teaching methods such as open discussion, and formulating small groups. The teachers should assign different responsibilities to all students to create a room for each student to respond to his or her goals.
