Motivation is vital for every teacher in that it engages the learner with instructional process. Motivation depends mainly on the teacher and his ability to develop a friendly approach to the students. The use of activity is also another principle to be considered. Being practical while teaching helps the students to get precise definition of the subject taught. In pedagogy, teachers should be able to offer criticism whenever needed. Also, teachers must have good discipline failure to which the learners might not associate with the teacher. Good listening skill is a vital skill needed to be able to communicate efficiently with the students ( Ed Tech Now n. p). In a Behavioral approach to teaching, I would encompass several factors. Firstly, the role of a teacher is to make all instructional decisions towards what the students do.

Students are then given assessment tests for the teacher to be able to know their problems and assist them. After being assisted in solving their problems, learners are then left to practice on their own (Snowman & McCown 459). As for the behavioral approach of instructions, teachers monitor students practices throughout until they are assured of least problems. Assessment tests are then given so as to know where learners go wrong. Once their problems are solved, they are then left out to do the practices on their own with less supervision. Being able to encourage students on the importance of becoming independent learners. Independent learners are mainly known for taking their time and researching what the teacher has or has not yet taught.

In a constructivist point of view, the teacher finds it important in determining the problems and complex tasks. Through this, the teachers find it easy in helping the students in attaining their desired goals (Aliakbari et al. For constructivist teachers, there are various challenges associated with the approach of instructions. Firstly, the teacher ensures that he provides a comfortable classroom atmosphere through which students can feel relaxed in whatever they tend to do. A humanistic approach offers values such as motivation to students and also increases the students' ability to better achievement. As compared to other approaches, humanistic approaches a better teaching approach in that it lowers the rate at which students experience depression and anxieties. In brief, the three discussed methods of approach to teaching offer different roles in the teaching profession.
