The factors associated with health outcomes include; how a child develops throughout, the level of education attained, the opportunity for employment, the type of work an individual does, food security, access to health facilities and services quality of health services offered and discrimination. All these have an impact on health outcomes. The social factors of health include various issues that contribute to a person’s state of wellbeing. The elements can be biological, social, economic, behavioral or psychological. According to scientists, there are five determinants of health in a community (Stevenson, 2018). The pool/reservoir of germs are the areas in the environment where the germ lives (it can be in people, animals, insects, health facilities or water). The means through which the germs exit is the way that the pathogen causing the disease leaves the reservoir such as coughing, sneezing, saliva, open wounds or through body fluids).
