How will a degree change your life

Relative to the people who do not have a college degree, I stand a higher chance of getting a job, which will translate to having income which will in so many ways improve my life (Rose, 2013). The job market is looking for an individual who is able to deliver quality work. For one to offer quality results, they need to have the relevant academic qualifications. Therefore, by obtaining a college degree I will be better placed in terms of being employed. A college degree will help me earn higher wages. Holders of college degree are not as much likely to use the public help and other benefits from the government (Rose, 2013). In addition, when one has nothing to hold onto in terms of source of income, they are likely to join a group involved in violence and criminal activities, whose consequences are dire.
