According to the U.S. Census Bureau, by the year 2020, the Caucasian population of the United States will no longer be the majority group. Many argue that diversity policies and practices, along with overbearing legal and regulatory policies have balkanized our society. They point out that we no longer have national sovereignty, a universal language or culture. What is the purpose of diversity? How does diversity affect your business? The work force? Capitalism? Have we ‘over-diversified’ to the point of losing identity?
