Advantages and Disadvantages of Taking Nutrition Food for Students
In this paper, I am going to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of taking nutrition foods for students. The benefits include; provision of more energy for the body, alertness and proper mental growth. The cons are; the expensive cost of nutritious foods, difficulty in adapting, social obstacles as well as a time-consuming preparation process. Taking nutrition foods is advantageous in many ways to a student; they ensure he or she is alert and full of energy to tackle their days in school. A meal containing one-cup skim milk cartons, cheese strings, well-portioned whole grain salads, and fresh fruit is ideal for a student. Preparation of the student meals is also time-consuming besides experiencing hardship in adapting to the required nutrition foods.
