Counseling School Purpose Statement

In this regard, starting from my first summer job to the present one, my major role has been counseling especially among the children. Having known that I can have a positive impact on children, this career will be rewarding to me. I was motivated to choose psychology as my career due to its challenges and varying nature in the education environment. This is because I had a believe that “ being a little weird is just a natural side effect of being awesome” In essence, the main roles of the profession entail but not limited to testing and assessment, counseling, classroom intervention, behavioral interventions as well as classroom observations. What is important for this career is making good out of students who believe they cannot be useful in the society due to their condition.
