Business law analysis

Attached is the Individual Assignment which is due on March 8 at 11:59 pm NL time. The only resource required to complete this assignment is the textbook. DO NOT surf the web for additional resources. Citing extra cases and articles not in the textbook will not improve your grade. The study of law is riddled with exceptions and nuances and in my experience, students who surf the web often end up down a rabbit hole and lose sight of the main issue. Your analysis must include relevant cases and properly reference the applicable caselaw (for example, Donoghue v. Stevenson, [1932] A.C. 562). As a general guide, your assignment should not exceed 10 -12 pages double spaced, however, you will not be penalized for exceeding the page limit. As noted in the Syllabus, students are to use the APA format in this course. This is a 4th year business course and it is the expectation that students are familiar with the APA format. Students requiring assistance with the APA format should consult the library resources. NOTE: This is an Individual Assignment and NOT a group assignment.
