For my course I have come up with a tactical plan or business plan of any hotel business. I have been asked to choose a travel and tourism group and discuss about its position in travel industry, doing its marketing research and report and its sustainability and corporate communal responsibility. So in this record I will make an effort to focus n the procedure and the management issues in tourism from an professional perspective. For my product, I've chosen to use an already existing brand name in hotel and tourism industry Radisson Blue, previously Radisson SAS, is the brand name for Radisson Hotels outside the USA, including those in Europe, Africa, and Asia. This survey is divided in four areas just as first section Radisson Blu hotels position in the tourism industry is examined and centers is given on the stakeholders and macro environmental issues.
