To develop objectives, rubric (how to measure and evaluate each topic) and assessments for professional development training on the following topics: This assignment should be presented in a power point briefing with a separate lesson plan, goals, overview of each objective and evaluation tool or test questions to measure results for effectiveness. Topic: The Power of your Presence: This should include "first impressions, appearance, poise, grooming, dress for success (female/male), and communication skills. College Level/Professional Students.
