Diagnose the difficulties encountered in creating Midshire’s College and analyse the reasons for these difficulties using theories and concepts from the module. [1000 words, 40 marks] 2. What recommendations would you make to the new Chair of the Steering Group in order to successfully manage the change? Please be sure to justify your recommendations using theories and concepts about managing change. [1000 words, 40 marks] 3. What have you personally learned about managing change from studying the case study? How would this affect your behaviour as a change manager? [500 words, 20 marks]
