The issue of misbehavior closely relates to matters discipline that warrants careful attention and treatment from teachers. Teachers should always be prepared to meet such classroom climate even before the problem starts. The teachers’ potential to be able to manage such constraints is needed. Understanding each student personally, indeed, assist teachers in noticing and reducing behavior-related issues in classrooms. However, the motivation of students, planning of lessons, methodology and class management are capable teachers’ control to hinder disruptive classroom climate. Arriving late in class and leaving early, and other misbehaviors such as inattentiveness, sleeping, eating in class and passing notes amongst other indiscipline matters. Many reasons can cause students' misbehavior in class. However, teachers themselves can be the greatest factor affecting students' behavior together with the institutions and students.

For example, teachers who are not prepared well for their lessons can be quickly detected by learners with ease. This issue soon attracts the students' attention and cause a problem in the classroom. The drafted learning contract can be just unspoken arrangement, spelled out or in written form. This act ensures that the students and teachers design the kind of behaviors not be permitted and unpermitted in class. Teachers should learn to laugh with the students and not to laugh at them. The teacher should show teamwork by working with all students as a team and not against them. Teachers should also provide the students with feedback on their classwork progress and offer them pieces of advice and provide a conducive environment for the students to read and keep on improving their previous grades and to relax.

Indeed, is not bad behavior to some extent. The teacher can decide to use the hierarchical approach as a way of managing the classroom. The method approaches matters discipline by using a tiered system. The mild punishment is the tier at the bottom that may include the teacher shaking the head at the learner. The tier at the top is the most severe punishment that can include sending the student to the office of the head teacher or principal or getting expulsion or suspension from the institution. A student who keeps talking in a classroom and reported to the teacher can be first be warned verbally if the student repeats the mistake, made to kneel for twenty minutes. If the student repeats the mistake, may be compelled to clean the entire classroom, suspended from the school or go home and report with a parent or a guardian after one or two weeks.

Moreover, the approach faces several cons such as discouraging and embarrassing a student. This might lead the student to drop out of school. Some students might engage in a mistake accidentally, but when compelled due to low self-esteem, the student might become embarrassed and forced to hide from the rest of students by dropping from school or developing a negative attitude towards the teachers or the institution and hinder the student's academic progress. However, a teacher can use these four ways to turn this situation around, so that the majority of the class population participates by raising hands and offering well-thought out-answers and more detailed. First, the students might be having problems in understanding the question and the few who understands the question rush to answer without engaging in more profound analysis of the posed question.
