man assignment series 2

We are wanting to do a casino and our focus is like the hard rock cafe in Tampa his project is intended to illustrate how we plan, organize, and lead sustainability improvements in this field. We often use assessment tools to help define, measure, analyze, and control our progress in managing the implementation of these changes or improvements. 1. Finalize Project Selection – As a team, discuss and de-conflict the assessment tools each of you will use for your portion of the assessment in order to provide a cohesive and complete assessment of your building type (except for energy - which is covered in the next class). Each of you will be developing and completing an assessment of a building in your team's building type using one of the assessment tools you researched, so you can become the expert on that tool for your team. 2. Develop and Apply Assessment Tool(s) – This is a realistic project in which you will need to develop your own sustainability assessment to use on a building of the type your team has selected. Your team will be preparing one report using a consolidated assessment tool. Each team member should select at least 5 items from the assessments that they researched; then the team should combine the items into a single assessment that all team members will use for the mini-assessment. Briefly explain the assessment tools selected (do NOT repeat the depth needed from Assignment Series 1 for which tools you are applying in this submission). Explain the selected building type and determine specific goals you have for your portion of the assessment. The results of this assessment will provide the baseline measurement of your building(s). Please remember that your team's actual audit will have to be on a building type other than your home (such as a restaurant, hotel, museum, etc.), and you will probably have to select items that you can observe with a "walk-through," since you are not likely to have access to billing statements. Also note that you and your teammates do not have to assess the exact same building (since you might not be in the same state, let alone the same city!), but you will have to assess the same type of building so you can look for similarities and contrasts. Many of the resources provided in the supplemental materials include guides, examples, case studies, etc. on how to apply them; however, you may have to do some additional research to really understand the assessment items. You are encouraged to get other stakeholder involvement in completing this assessment, if possible. Their input may help you get the best information possible. Highlight any assumptions made to complete the assessment (i.e. closest data available, explain reasoning to justify best answer on unsure points or ratings, knowledge of stakeholders, etc.). Give some closing thoughts on this experience and the results of developing your own mini-assessment for the selected building type. If your team assessed different buildings (not building types), be sure to include a comparison of the positive and negative observations for the different buildings. 3. Prepare Professional Cover Page (1 page max.) – Collate the team results into one document, but identify each person's contribution by giving a byline with your name for your section (sections will be graded deferentially if there is a difference). Make a professional report cover that demonstrates the assessment area studied (something catchy and professional to help someone visualize the project selected for this assessment). Briefly, introduce the subject of the report at the beginning of the report and summarize the report at the end. Only one submission per team, please. 4. Include Bibliography – As always be sure to properly cite all sources used in this submission in APA format and provide a reference listing at the end of the paper in APA format. See Course Materials for further help on Doing Research and Using APA.

Studying the poetry of plath and hughes
Sylvia Plath (Oct 27, 1932 - February 11, 1963) and Ted Hughes (17 August 1930 - 28 October 1998) are known as some of the best poets ever. They composed with love and flare and their poetry brought open fire to the souls of the readers. I have always found that Hughes' last poetry reserve, "Birthday Letters", was, in a nutshell, an answer to the thoughts between him and Sylvia, those judging him on her behalf death, and, in a few small form, Sylvia's poetry. In this essay, I will be discovering the primary significances and relationships found between their poetry. I'll take two poems from each poet and evaluate each one, find the links between one and the other or, in some cases, their life.
