In 1789 the United State was a country of simply four million people. It had a fresh and untried government and in addition it had an agricultural economy and a little army and navy. Today america is a fine industrial nation with one of many greatest forces on the globe. As the power of the country grown, so gets the vitality of the president. The expansion of the presidential vitality is certainly in both domestic affairs and foreign affairs.
