Paper on Fitness Workout Program

I write the essay about my gym class, for which I am going to design a fitness workout program that everyone may use to get more physically fit. As for my fitness program, I will list all the recommendations and training principles which help to lose extra weight. My fitness program will mainly focus on the nutrias diet, strength development, and cardiovascular endurance.

Firstly I would like to describe the training program which helps to lose extra weight. My program consists of three guidelines which differ from each other. For example, the first adequate recovery after working process of the muscle adequate recovery time for that muscle is 48 hours. This period of time allows the muscle to heal and grow. The next step is progressive resistance. It means that the more the person lifts weights the stronger his/her muscles get. So the person should add extra weight as often as possible, but it is important to be sure that this weight is not able to result in injury. The last point is the specificity. It means that the person should work on certain muscles as often as he/she can, but still use the adequate recovery. The improvement in the strength will show up when all muscles are in work.

As for the cardiovascular endurance, it is considered to be the one more part of the fitness program in which people can use some recommendations. For example, FIT stands for the time, intensity and frequency. The last term is how often the person works on the cardiovascular condition. If you want to have nice look, your frequency should be 3-5 days in a week. Some of these days the person can run a long distance, and during the other days, it is better to run sprints or go swimming. As for the intensity, it means how hard the person works out and how much more he/she can do the next time. Time stands for how long the person should workout. Pending on which activity is chosen for the cardiovascular endurance; the person should at least work for 30-60 minutes during each workout.

Of course, I want to say some words about the last part of my program. It is the nutrias diet. It does lots for staying in a good diet while working out. There are six basic nutrients, which are water, protein, vitamins, minerals, fats and carbohydrates. I want to outline that these six nutrients should become the necessary part of the everyday life of the person who wants to stay healthy and looks really brilliant and effect.
