Of course, of particular interest is the criminal law of the foreign states, regulating arms trafficking.

A feature of English law is the lack of a uniform approach in the regulation of arms trafficking and the lack of a strict system, as the English criminal law is not codified. The responsibility for the illegal traffic of armaments in the UK is regulated by a large number of regulations, some of which apply to the entire state, and the other - to separate its territories. • expanded the subject of the crimes in question;

• a wide differentiation of criminal and administrative liability.

Even more complex than English is a US criminal laws governing liability for illegal arms trafficking.

Control over the circulation of weapons in the US is carried out in accordance with the 20000 regulations governing the various actions with the weapon. It should be noted that in most American states there is no ban on the sale of firearms to private individuals.

Currently 53 separate legal systems co-exist in the United States. This number includes the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the area "Free Associated State" of Puerto Rico and the US federal jurisdiction, and the actions of the federal legal acts is implemented primarily through the criminal law states. That is what the legislation contains the vast majority of criminal law.
